技术支持实习生

　　Job Description

　　1. Working with our global team and end users to provide the best service for the international well-known enterprise.

　　2. Focusing on the daily support work of higher level, troubleshooting, resolving system problems that end users have and documentum server side issue.

　　3. Working with lower level support team to make the support work smooth and professional.

　　4. Guiding the junior members in support team and acting as mentor of lower level team members.

　　5. Troubleshooting the root cause and analyzing/solving problems, deep debugging and result analysis.

　　6. Involving into development activities, service delivery process and end users and customers support.

　　7. Being ready to take new assignments on software development for other projects.

　　注：计算机相关专业的大三实习生优先，毕业后提供转正机会
