　　JOB DESCRIPTION：

　　1. Implement installation of system and project complying with customer timeline;

　　2. Routine Maintenance to ensure reliability and performance of customers’ systems;

　　3. Provide onsite or remote trouble shooting and repair equipment timely to minimize downtime of customers' systems;

　　4. Propose customized configuration of system and solution collaborate with sales team;

　　5. Acquire proficiency in related products to be entitled with official principal certificates.

　　QUALIFICATIONS：

　　1. College degree in telecommunication, computer science or related majors;

　　2. Computer hardware/software knowledge required;

　　3. Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocol;

　　4. Familiar with MS OS and office tools, Good Linux skill is better

　　5. Good command of English and Mandarin both in written and oral;

　　6. A quick learner, willing to travel and work under pressure with self-motivation;

　　7. Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.

　　8. 0--3 years work experience, related background preferred.

　　工作职责：

　　1.实施系统的安装，按期完成项目。

　　2.进行日常维护，以保证客户系统的良好运作;

　　3.给予现场或远程的疑难指导和故障排除，以最大程度地减少客户系统的停机时间;

　　4.与销售团队协作，提出定制的系统配备与解决方案;

　　5.精通相关产品，获得官方的资质认证。

　　招聘要求：

　　1.大专及以上学历，通信、计算机科学以及其他相关专业;

　　2.具备电脑硬件知识;

　　3.具备网络设施与网络协议的基本知识;

　　4.熟悉MS OS与Office工具;

　　5.英语与普通话水平良好，口语与书面的表达交流无碍;

　　6.学习能力强，能接受短期差旅，能在压力下自我激励;

　　7.良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神。

　　8. 0—3年工作经验，相关背景者优先。
